This forum has been organized and is being run by the Native Orchid Conference, Inc. The purpose of our group is to foster the study, conservation, and enjoyment of the native orchids of the United States and Canada. We request that you restrict your messages to discussions about or requests for information on North American native orchids and restrain from using the site for commercial purposes. In addition to managing this free site, our group has created a formal, nonprofit [501c3] organization that is incorporated in North Carolina. We started a quarterly Journal in January of 2004 and have held several annual orchid conferences in different areas of North America over the past 6 years.
